How to pay property tax (holding tax) online in Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Please follow the below steps to pay your property tax (holding tax) online in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

1. Open the citizen services portal https://citizenservices.bhubaneswar.me/ 



2. If you have account, log in with your ID and password. If you are a first time user, create your account.



3. Click on "Property Tax Services".



4. Click on "Pay Property Tax".


5. Select the holding number from the drop down and click on "Search". If you don't know the holding number, please check your previous offline payment receipts. Otherwise, contact the BMC office.

6. In the next page, the total outstanding will appear as below. If the demand is there, you can pay the tax online. If you have already made the payment, the total outstanding will be zero.


7. You can check the demand notices by navigating to the tab "Notices".






8. Click on "Payment History" tab to check your previous payments if any. You can download the receipts as needed from the link shown below.
